Become a Traveling Tutor

Becoming a Traveling Tutor is another rewarding way for a CASA volunteer advocate to give back to children in need.

Many times, children of all ages who are going through the foster care and child welfare system often encounter challenges when it comes to their school work and studies. This is a natural consequence of going through the system.

Here at CASA SHaW, we have a successful Traveling Tutor Program where CASAs are able to tutor foster care children with their academic studies.

In order to embark on this tutoring path, one must already be a CASA volunteer advocate, having passed a background check and completed the 30-hour pre-service training.

If you are already a CASA volunteer advocate and interested in learning more about becoming a Traveling Tutor, please fill out the form below.
