Malcolm Kaye is a partner at a small zoning consulting firm in New York City where he advises developers, institutions, and architects on land use regulations. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University and a Master in Architecture from Harvard University. In addition to having two adult children, he and his husband - a former CASA volunteer - are foster parents in Warren County.
