Tracey is CASA SHaW's Executive Director. She became involved with CASA as a volunteer in 1999 and fell in love with its child advocacy mission. Tracey is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a BA in Psychology (minors in Juvenile Justice and Forensics) and a MA in Counseling Psychology. She has previously worked with juvenile and adult offenders as well as child victims of abuse and neglect. She ensures that CASA SHaW's staff and advocates have the resources and tools they need to serve foster children in our community.

Karen is CASA SHaW’s Volunteer Trainer and has an extensive history within the nonprofit realm in our community. She graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Family Services. For over 20 years, she worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hunterdon Somerset & Warren Counties. Karen was a Case Manager and Executive Director at this youth mentoring program. In her capacity at CASA SHaW, Karen facilitates approximately 30 volunteer Information Sessions per year, and is responsible for volunteer screenings, which include interviews and background checks. Further, she plans and facilitates three volunteer Training Sessions per year, the Supplemental Training for new volunteers as well as the swearing-in ceremonies after each training session.

Ellen is CASA SHaW’s Director of Development. She comes to us from Bergen CASA and has been passionate about the CASA mission since 2017. Ellen has worked with at risk youth since the late 1980’s. She has worked with youth in every aspect of the system. From youth with charges against them, to youth involved with programs as a result of being abused and neglected as well as youth needing mental health services. This experience provides the foundation for her belief in the CASA advocacy mission and the impact it has to lift our children up. Ellen holds a BS from Salem State University, and enjoys cycling in her spare time.

Jeff is CASA SHaW's Director of Community Outreach. From a young age, Jeff was always drawn to serving the public and greater good within our communities. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Penn State University and his Master’s degree in Electronic Media from Kutztown University. Jeff was the Director of Outreach for a Pennsylvania State Senator for over 13 years. He also served as an elected member of Easton City Council for 6 and a half years, and an elected member of the Hanover Township Board of Supervisors in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. After working in the private sector for three years in the business development realm, Jeff wanted to get back to serving individuals in our local community and started working at CASA SHaW in January 2018. He handles communications at CASA SHaW including social media sites, video content, website content, press releases, and other electronic media. Jeff loves spending time with his wife, twin daughters, podcasting about Philly sports, videography, vlogging, and writing and recording music.

Jennifer is CASA SHaW’s Data Manager. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Fairfield University, and she also earned her MBA in finance from Fordham University. Jennifer believes that every child should have a chance at the best life possible, which is why she became a CASA volunteer advocate in December of 2011.
